Returns and Exchanges


*To make a return please follow these short steps

1. Email info@bymalka.com request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 10 days of receiving your order. Please allow By Malka team 24 business hours to process your request.

2. By Malka team will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. Items must be returned to USPS drop-off location within 7 days of receiving your Return Authorization.

3. You will receive email notification once your return has been received and processed.

Items must be returned new, in their original condition and packaging. Merchandise returned without the original tags attached will not be accepted. If you find a product to be defective, please notify our team as soon as possible. Items marked as SALE or purchased using a COUPON or PROMOCODE cannot be returned or exchanged. Swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please send your items to us in the original packaging provided, in order to ensure that you return is protected in transit.

A pre-paid USPS shipping label is provided for your convenience. No postage is required upfront. A $30 return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

Please note that returns cannot be accepted without a RAN. A Return Authorization Number must be requested within ten days of order delivery.

Return Authorization requests made after ten days may be declined.

Please note that a Return Authorization does not guarantee that a return will be accepted if the merchandise is found to be damaged, not in original condition. If you are returning a product due to defect, please include this information when requesting a Return Authorization.
